I just can't believe it really had quote's for roof repair which are all plus v.a.t their loss adjuster valued the repairs at £800 lower and they don't pay the v.a.t . So not only have I got to find the additional £800 I've got to find the v.a.t as well. Two surveyors of varied knowledge came out. We struggle to get any updates After a lot of chasing they acknowledged this April it had been accepted as a legitimate claim and thats where everything died.

I visited it in winter so I can't say what is a service quality. But it seems to have everything one can need to relax on the beach or enjoy water sports. There is a bicycle path around the whole lake and marked hiking trail. Although the lake is intensively commercially used you can find there a beautiful nature and even a natural reservation.

AXA said the insurance does not cover the repairs and I need to pay £182 on top. When I asked how much I have left to spend they said £98 of the £250. So after managing the extra £182 I called back and said yes please go ahead with the job. Damand called took a payment of £185 and said the engineer will call before they arrive. So next day they arrive and detach the boiler off the wall they replace the expansion vessel and start saying that gasses are leaking.
This I duly did and a quote was produced quickly, pleasantly and the job was done. With the personal contact the process was smooth and efficient. Unfortunately I was insured with Axa via Devitt. Axa is now refusing to provide me with my full years of no claims bonus because I was the victim in an accident. You can only loose all your money, nothing else and no help. When you either call AXA or register your claim online, AXA will quickly get your claim recorded.

AA use AXA assistance for home emergency cover. Tried to refuse drains claim as I have more than 1 toilet. He left saying the insurance company AXA will contact me. 1 day later no call, so I called them AXA asked for my service document which I emailed right away.
Renewal came up with mainstream company at 40% higher than year before . Excellent service and very easy to transfer . You may be entitled to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
